LAAX RESORT
Three modern chalet-styled buildings newly completed in 2023, with a black wood and glass external finish, are home to six large luxury apartments, two smaller design apartments, and three studios. All apartments and studios are fully equipped and furnished with state-of-the-art Nordic and Italian design furniture.

SENSE OF SECLUSION
The property is located in front of the pine forest that now includes the Tree Top Walkway from Laax to Murschetg. All apartments include sunny balconies and maximum glass window frontage facing the stunning mountain views to the South.
In Summer a mountain bike and hiking trail leads through the forest to the rear of the property and in Winter with good snow conditions, guests may ski in.
SUSTAINABILITY
IN MIND
The property is sustainably powered by geothermal electricity combined with solar energy only using ca.20% extra from the grid during the Winter months.
the highlight
Each of the six larger apartments has its own private sauna facility and all of the studios and apartments may use the inhouse wellness / spa facility located on the ground floor in House A just behind the Entrance, reception and Ski / Bike room.
The Wellness / Spa facility boasts an indoor, connecting to an outdoor swimming pool as well as a jacuzzi, steam room and relaxing quiet zone.
